No Video from Dell W2607C

re: Dell W2607C TVI purchased my TV April 2006. I called approximately around October/November to inform of my TV not working. Told out of warranty April 2007. I've paid too much to have a TV for such a short spann that don't work. I have volume but no picture. I don't understand. I am looking for an explanation on how can you sell something that is only as good as long as the warranty??? I've spoken with Dell and they referred me to Decision One for repairs. Decision One does not repair this TV. I called back to Dell again and they refer me to another number still Decision one only to be redirected to the 1st number for no repair.
