Deadline to Submit Property Tax Appeals Is January 3, 2011

The County Clerk's Office is now accepting Board of Property Tax Appeals (BOPTA) petitions to appeal the value of real property land and buildings, manufactured structures, or industrial machinery and equipment; petitions to appeal the value of business personal property or floating property; and petitions to appeal the penalty assessed for the late filing of a real or personal property return. For the current tax year, petitions must be either delivered in person or by fax to the County Clerk's Office by January 3, 2011 or mailed to the County Clerk's Office with a postmark no later than January 3, 2011. BOPTA forms and instructions are available at http://www.oregon.gov/DOR/PTD/BOPTA.shtml.more about cell phone spy.... cell phone spy software mobile phone mobile phone softwares
