The Elastic Mind book group, led by Joanna Fenn, invites the public to discuss the topic ?How Absurd Humor Deals with Our Problems? on Thursday, December 2, from 1:00 ? 2:30 p.m. at the Ashland Branch Library, 410 Siskiyou Boulevard.
Readings include Sum: Forty Tales from the Afterlives by David Eagleman, The Hitchiker?s Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams, and You?re an Animal, Viskovitz! by Alessandro Boffa. The Elastic Mind Book Group encourages participants to bring in additional related readings for a lively discussion.
