My W4201C Plasma TV

My 42" Dell Plasma went black with a bunch of star like colors all over the screen last week.  This happened after a number of weeks dealing with sections of the screen (usually the lower third of the screen) going black.  We used to just restart the TV and the lines went away, now that doesn't seem to work.  We do have sound, just no picture! cell phones cell phone spyware cell spy mobile spy
