High School Senior Project Day at the Medford Library

Every year at this time, anxious high school seniors who attend North and South Medford High Schools do research for their senior projects, a requirement for graduation. These students can take advantage of one-on-one assistance from Jackson County Library staff on Saturday, November 13, from 9:30 a.m. ? 12:00 noon at the Medford Branch Library, 205 South Central Avenue.

{1}{2}This year, as it has done almost every year since 1999, the Medford Branch Library will open its doors for Senior Project Day, giving students a chance to do their research when the library is not open to the public. All library resources will be available to students exclusively, including friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable reference librarians. This time gives students the opportunity to delve into their topics with increased access to all computers, materials, and staff. Students find they can accomplish more when there is specific time for them to focus and receive undivided assistance. With the added advantage of wireless Internet throughout the Medford Branch Library, students are encouraged to bring their laptops.

Senior Project Day will be open for high school seniors only from 9:30 a.m. ? 12:00 noon. Students must arrive at 9:30 a.m. sharp, and are welcome to stay as long as they need. The Medford Branch Library opens to the public, as usual, at 12:00 noon.
High school seniors should check with their English teachers or Media Specialist for details, or call the Medford Teen Library at 541-774-6413.cell phone spy more about cell phone spy.... cell phone spy software mobile phone
