?Sandpaper and Velvet? Voice reads Autobiography of Mark Twain

 
 
Grover Gardner, whose voice has been dubbed ?sandpaper and velvet,? is the featured speaker at the Friends of the Ashland Public Library annual meeting on Sunday, February 13, from 2:00 ? 3:30 p.m., at the Ashland Branch Library, 410 Siskiyou Boulevard.
 
Mr. Gardner is one of the world?s most celebrated and accomplished narrators of audio books. At this presentation he will read from the recently released, award-winning, Autobiography of Mark Twain. Mr. Gardner is the studio director at Blackstone Audio and has won many awards for his narrations. There will be a short business meeting of the Friends of the Ashland Public Library preceding the presentation.
