Don?t miss a marvelous evening of poetry as author Dennis Powers reads his prose and presents honors to winners during the Poetry Contest Award Night on Wednesday, February 16, from 6:30 ? 7:30 p.m., at the Gold Hill Branch Library, 202 Dardanelles Street.
 
Local school children and aspiring poets were asked to write a poem with the theme ?What a wonderful world it is when?.? Selected works will be read by contest participants.
