A special free program, ?The Wonderful World of Weather,? will be presented on Wednesday, December 15, from 3 ? 4 p.m. in the Large Community Meeting Room of the Medford Branch Library, 205 South Central Avenue.

Using special props in a show-and-tell format for children and adults, Ryan Sandler, a Warning Coordinator Meteorologist with the National Weather Service and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, will teach how meteorologists observe and forecast the weather. Attendees will also learn how to stay safe in severe weather.
